Step Three: Re-assess Your Position

If you have taken up study or begun a new business see step one again as your finances may be very tight at this point. You also may have decided to keep your job while going back to study or starting a business which is pretty stressful stuff.

Is your work-life balance right? If it’s not right can you see the light at the end of the tunnel?

Is this the right thing for you? Are you stressed because you’ve taken on a lot or have you actually made the wrong decision? It’s not too late to quit and try another path. But don’t give up just because the path is difficult. If it is still the right path for you then stay motivated and renew your focus! Stay on task!

Crisis management: This is also a good point to note possible interruptions to your plan and how they might change your plan. Think travelling, deaths, weddings and babies. How does that change the picture?
